1.      Precision Lead Screw by Grinding

Screwtech supplies precision thread grinding, on a variety of materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy etc. Most forms, tapers, angles and diameter can be accommodated.

The threads can be both internal and external. Our internal thread grinding capability is up to 500mm in diameter and 200mm deep. Our external thread grinding capability is up to 320mm in diameter and 800mm long.

2.      Lead Screw by Cold Rolling

Thread Rolling process is used for making external threads.
A die, which is a hardened tool with the thread profile, is pressed on to a rotating work piece. As the force is gradually increased, the thread profile is transferred to the work piece. This process produces screw rods with greater strength than machined threads due to the cold working, as well as better material yield
